  • If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion
  • We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge
  • Our technicians will re-clean any areas that don't meet your expectations
  • We assess each situation individually to ensure fair resolution

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service was not performed as agreed
  • Quality issues that were not resolved through our re-cleaning service
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

  • Contact us by phone or email to request a refund assessment
  • Provide details about your concern
  • We will investigate and respond within 3 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

Non-Refundable Items

Certain situations do not qualify for refunds:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear not caused by our service
  • Customer-requested changes after work was completed
  • Services paid with coupons or discounted rates (may be credited instead)
