Quality Assurance
- If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion
- We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge
- Our technicians will re-clean any areas that don't meet your expectations
- We assess each situation individually to ensure fair resolution
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Service was not performed as agreed
- Quality issues that were not resolved through our re-cleaning service
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
Refund Process
- Contact us by phone or email to request a refund assessment
- Provide details about your concern
- We will investigate and respond within 3 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
Non-Refundable Items
Certain situations do not qualify for refunds:
- Pre-existing damage or wear not caused by our service
- Customer-requested changes after work was completed
- Services paid with coupons or discounted rates (may be credited instead)
