Service Agreement

By requesting our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all cleaning services provided by Affordable Steam Team.

Scheduling and Appointments

  • Appointments are confirmed via phone or email
  • We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a service fee
  • We strive to arrive within the scheduled time window

Pricing and Payment

  • Quotes are provided based on initial information and may be adjusted after on-site inspection
  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • For commercial accounts, payment terms may vary based on contract agreements

Service Guarantees

We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure access to the property and areas to be cleaned
  • Remove fragile, valuable, or personal items from cleaning areas
  • Inform us of any pre-existing damage or conditions
  • Provide accurate information about carpet type and any stains or concerns

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any service-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear
  • Color fade or shrinkage that may occur naturally
  • Items not disclosed prior to service
  • Damage from underlying structural issues
